  • We retain PII we collect for as long as necessary to provide our Services, and we may retain that information beyond that period if necessary for legal, operational, or other legitimate reasons.

• While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that PII is secure and that you are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of PII beyond what is reasonably practical.

• To delete you PII and stop uploading gameplay data, you can

  • Select the option within the menu of our Games.

    • Please note that PII will be deleted within 30 days of you selecting the option.

  • Refraining from using the Site.

• We will update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect customer feedback and changes in our Games or Site. When we post changes to this statement, we will revise the “latest update” date at the top of the statement.
